Welcome to Ascot Labour Party

Ascot Branch Labour Party is a part of Windsor Constituency Labour Party. We are the voice of Labour supporters in the Ascot area, in the Royal Borough wards including Ascot and Sunninghill, and South Ascot and Cheapside. (Bracknell Forest Councils wards include Ascot, Winkfield and Cranbourne, Binfield with Warfield, and Warfield Harvest Ride.) These wards will be, however, be changing later in the year with the Boundary Changes – we’ll soon be updating this information to reflect those changes.

Labour has only been in government for six periods in the last hundred years, however its achievements have revolutionised the lives of the British people. The values Labour stands for today are those which have guided it throughout its existence.

Ascot Branch Labour Party is dedicated to contributing to and having a positive impact within our community. As members, we believe in reinvesting in our community, making it a better place to live and work. As of this May’s elections, Ascot Labour now have three Parish councillors working for the community; one is new and two are returning councillors.

Many Ascot Branch and Windsor Constituency members have taken part in local action, for example, campaigning successfully, along with others, to see a new Heatherwood Hospital be built, serving a very wide community. Action, from 2011 onwards, when the hospital closure looked likely, helped Heatherwood to celebrate its centenary in 2022 with a brand new 21st century facility – this was another proud moment for the NHS, set up by the Labour Party in 1948.
